HR Business Partner

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units across Greater Atlanta. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic consultant to management on human resources-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leadership to design and execute tailored HR strategies.
Manage employee relations, performance evaluation programs, and retention initiatives.
Drive talent acquisition and onboarding strategy for corporate and operations teams.
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws in Georgia.
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
Deep knowledge of SHRM/HRCI standards and US labor regulations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
